Parkrun is a collection of 5-kilometre events for walkers, runners and volunteers that take place every Saturday morning at more than 2000 location in 23 countries, across six continents.
In Clermont, Parkrun takes place at Centenary Park (Lime Street) every Saturday at 7:00am. This is a free event. The course is run entirely on concrete footpaths, which are the existing share pathways.
In order to help participants with wayfinding, the organisers propose to install signage on the footpath (distance markers) and provide information on bollards showing direction, start and finish points and turnaround point.
It is also proposed that a sign with a map be provided, showing the route, details on the day and time of the Clermont Parkrun and a QR code to assist entrants to access the website.
