Consultation has concluded
Theresa Creek Dam and its role as the Clermont communities water collection reservoir is a key regional asset. The site also supports the recreational pursuits of Clermont and the broader regions residents as well as serving as a major tourist attraction.
Council is conducting engagement with community and stakeholders in the creation of a Concept Development plan for the sites Recreational assets to ensure sustainable co-existence that will guide renewals at the site for the next 20 plus years.
The draft concept development plan has been based on initial feedback from the community and other stakeholders. We are now giving the community an opportunity to view the draft concept development plan.
The feedback we receive will be used to further refine the draft concept development plan. Following this, the updated concept development plan will be presented to Council for endorsement.
