Youth Week 2022 - The Amazing Isaac Race

What have you got planned during the April school holidays?

2022 is the year for young people of the Isaac region to come together in healthy competition to try to win the Amazing Isaac Race!

A course will be set out where young people in teams of 2 receive clues to get to each challenge. Teams must complete the challenge to receive the next clue. Once all challenges are completed, with all clues in hand, it's a race to the finish line for the winners.

Have a go at "defeating the obstacle course" or "cracking the secret code" or "beating the TikTok dance challenge".

All you need is a hat, running shoes and a desire to win.

The Amazing Isaac Race is for young people between 12 and 25 years old, encouraging physical activity, technical and logical thinking to complete tasks. Young people have to work as teams and learn new skills to get through the race together.

And did we mention the big prizes for winners? You could win a set of wireless headphones and a gift card! There will also be a lucky door prize, and everyone who participates will receive a small bag of treats.

We haven't forgot the littlies. There will be some fun activities for the younger siblings to keep busy as well.

Following the race, parents, participants and kids alike can join us for a BBQ.

Activities will be held in 5 communities across the region for Young Week 2022. The Isaac Coast won't miss out, with their Youth Week activities to be held in the June/July school holidays.
