Council is inviting Middlemount and Mackenzie River residents to suggest a name for the new bridge over Cooroora Creek.


Naming guidelines

  • Names should reflect local history, culture or geographic features
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander names with cultural significance are encouraged
  • Names must be respectful and unique
  • Naming after living persons or businesses is generally not permitted
