Consultation has concluded
Isaac Regional Council has invited the community to comment on the draft interim 5-Year Corporate Plan, an important document influencing the long-term vision of the region. At present, feedback is being considered and incorporated into the document as appropriate.
Why is Council doing an interim plan?
Council's current Corporate Plan was due for review during 2020, however with the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions and reallocation of resources, meaningful community engagement about this document and the future of Isaac could not take place.
With the uncertainty of the pandemic still looming in 2020 and into 2021, Council felt it sensible to update the current Corporate Plan instead of forging ahead with a new document in times of such uncertainty.
Adopting an interim plan will allow for stability to return to the organisation and community as Council moves into the COVID-19 recovery phase.
It will also allow for appropriate consultation for a new 2022-2027 Corporate Plan at a date yet to be set.
All those living, working and operating business in the Isaac Region are invited to review and comment on the draft 2017-2022 Corporate Plan which can be downloaded via the link to the right. If you would like to provide comment on the document, please do so via the form below. If you'd prefer, paper forms are available for download or collection from a Customer Service Centre or Library.
Community feedback will be accepted until close of business, Friday, 30 April 2021.
For more information contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
