Isaac Region Special Emergency Community Grants Application

Before commencing your application, you may need digital copies of the following:

• Public liability certificate of currency or proof of coverage
• Proposed budget for community support initiatives
• Copy of your organisation's most recent audited financial report
• Supporting documentation to demonstrate financial hardship (e.g. bank statements, evidence of expenses, unpaid invoices, etc.)
• A copy of your bank deposit slip or the top portion of the statement of the EFT on business letterhead
