Consultation has concluded
Middlemount is turning 40 and residents part and present are invited to a three-day birthday party celebrating the unique community and the people that make it special.
The festivities will run from Friday, 3 September to Sunday, 5 September, with events and activities for every member of the family.

Parade will travel along James Randell Drive, concluding at the Middlemount Shopping Centre
On Saturday 4th September, locals are invited to show their Middlemount pride by joining in the street parade which will travel along James Randell Drive from Anzac Park, finishing up at the Middlemount Shopping Centre where attendees can enjoy the markets. Clubs, organisations, businesses and individuals are welcome to join with $300 Shop Isaac prizes available for each category of:
Best Business
Best Community Group or Non-Profit
Most Uniquely Middlemount entry
Your entry can be on foot, via a float/vehicle or a combination of both. Judging will take place during the parade with winners announced at the markets immediately following the event.
Entrants will be required to present for marshalling between 8.45am-9.15am. The parade will run from 9.30am – 10am and all those not participating are encouraged to line the streets to cheer the entrants on.
